What file formats are you able to accept for drawings?
We are able to open and use .DWG, .DXF, .STP, .IGES, .SLDPRT, .PDF files. As long as when you submit a drawing you include some important information we are able to provide you with a quote, these are Outside Diameter, Wall Thickness, and material type, grade and preferred Centre Line Radius.
What materials are you able to bend?
We are able to bend Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Inconel and Duplex alloys. If you are looking for a material that isn’t listed, please contact us and we will be happy to talk about your requirements.
Do you accommodate small production runs?
Yes, we can produce 1 off prototyping or larger volume production.
Can we free issue our own material?
Yes, we are happy to use your own free issue material or source material for you.
Do you deliver?
We offer delivery on our own transport, a UK nationwide next day courier service and European and International freight.
What is the largest diameter you can bend?
206mm O/D
What is the longest length you can accommodate?
8m
Can I pay by credit card?
No, we do not accept payment by cards. Our bank details are found on the bottom of our invoices.
