Section Bending

Section bending services provided by T&T Tubecraft.

T&T Tubecraft offer section services for round, square and rectangular tubes. These can be delivered by our industry leading machines from 9.53mm O.D up to 168.3mm O.D, often in thin wall sections (0.75mm) up to 10mm can be bent on our NC and CNC rolling machines.

Highly skilled operators can handle your extrusion bending

We’re able to manufacture custom tooling to fit your extrusion bending requirements. On submission of your profile, our engineers will be more than happy to advise the limitations of the bending ability for each section.

Our machines can CNC roll extrusions mostly in aluminium, but also in brass and steel rolled sections. These are often rolled with the use of special tooling, to various radii and include elliptical curves for architectural applications.
