Tubecraft commissioned to produce cooling coils
Recently, Tubecraft were commissioned to produce a batch of cooling coils for a customer that supplies ejectors to the water and processing industry. We have many years of experience in coiling and working with many sectors including the brewing, chemical, scientific, and process engineering industries to name just a few.
For this project the cooling coils were bent on our CNC tube coiling machine and fabricated into their final assembly by our highly skilled engineers. The batch of coils were fabricated using ½” Nominal Bore x Schedule 10 x 316 pipe.
Hydrostatic testing was successfully completed on each coil and were manufactured and supplied directly to the customer within just 10 working days from receipt of their order.
